1. Purchase at CAMI:
A binding purchase agreement with CAMI has not been entered before you receive an order confirmation from CAMI.
All prices are incl. 25% VAT and in Danish kroner, where nothing else is mentioned. Prices are valid only within Denmark limits, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland. Subject to: Currency changes, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold items and typographical errors
3. Sales Generally:
The stated price at the time of booking is the current order price. Delivery goods are invoiced at the current price at the time of booking, and the price will NOT change either by price drop or increase.
Reservations are made for sold out items and delayed delivery time at CAMI suppliers.
5. Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or cancel an already ordered order, this should be done by telephone at 26848829. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail with the label “Cancellation” to firstname.lastname@example.org. Have you received an order confirmation? per. E-mail can be returned to sender with the text “Cancellation! “Inserted in subject text. Cancellations should be made by noon. 14:00 same day as the order is made.
The possible payment methods are: Dankort / VisaDiners ClubMastercard
There is no prepayment, since the customer’s legal position here is significantly worse than other forms of payment.
2 years of warranty on products purchased from CAMI. If there is an additional warranty or warranty, it will appear separately from the invoice. Should the product break into expectation during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge at our or the manufacturer’s workshop. Damage to the product due to malfunction, handling errors, modifications, or gross abuse by the user is not covered by the warranty. This includes the change of applied current to any relevant component. CAMI can not be held liable for loss of customer data unless it is directly provided by Danish law.
8. Application of the right of complaint:
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to CAMI within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the goods. Customer is strongly advised to make a statement about the defect or defect of the product in connection with the complaint, as failure may result in an extension of the remediation process due to failure. CAMI can not be held liable for loss of customer data unless it is directly provided by Danish law. CAMI therefore encourages the customer to copy / backup all data. To the extent that CAMI has to be responsible, liability is limited to direct loss and consequently does not cover consequential damage to connected equipment and indirect losses such as lost earnings, transport costs, operating losses, installation costs, etc. Items not covered by the warranty and / or received without proper packaging will be re-packaged and an amount corresponding to CAMI’s expenses will be charged for necessary and proper packaging. Items returned on demand or sent without postage are refused by CAMI.
9. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days of right of withdrawal of goods purchased on the Internet pursuant to the Consumer Agreement Act. You can cancel your purchase by canceling the order after you have received the order confirmation, but before we have shipped the item. If the item has been shipped, you can refuse the receipt of the item or you can receive the item and make sure the item is returned. In case of withdrawal, a copy of the order confirmation or confirmation email must always follow the item so we can see where it comes from when we receive the item back. You must pay the freight for return. Once we have received the item return, we will refund you the amount of the item, incl. The shipping costs have been if you have refused to receive the item. The refund will be by bank transfer, so you must send your bank details. It is a condition that you can regret that the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was when you received it. This means that the goods must be returned in original undamaged packaging, closed small bags must not be opened, seals on hardware packaging must not be broken, sealing and plastic film on computer games, movies and books must not be broken. The above-mentioned reservations typically represent a value and the item can not be considered to be returned in substantially the same condition and amount if these reservations are not met, as this means that the resale value will be reduced. This may mean that you will not be able to undo your purchase. You may want to try the item as long as you can return it in the same condition, and it is clear that the test does not impair the value of the product. Of course, always make sure you pack the item properly before sending it back.
10. Returned goods that do not contain errors:
Upon return of defective or incorrect goods to CAMI, where faults or defects, defined and specified by the customer, are not found, the item will be returned to the customer including a shipping fee. If available, accessories and quantity must be included. If accessories are included, which are not immediately reflected in the RMA form (complaint form), CAMI can not be held liable for any loss of these effects. Goods should be returned with a bill of invoice indicating the time of purchase of the advertised product, as the item will be retained until there is a copy of the invoice and, if applicable, error message on the product.
11. Proper Return:
All products returned to CAMI must be properly wrapped. Damage due to defective packaging may result in your rights being voided. CAMI recommends that the item be returned via Post NORD and that the item is sent as a package mail. That way, it is possible to track the package in the Post NORD system, thus eliminating any doubts as to whether the product has been delivered to CAMI. In addition, the customer is able to request the package if extradition has not taken place.

13. Special provisions for traders:
The same terms of sale apply as for consumers, but with the following modification.
There is no right of withdrawal for traders. There is 1 year of warranty right from the original invoice date. Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1 year warranty period. CAMI reserves the right to purchase goods purchased on credit until the full purchase price has been paid. All costs related to the enforcement of the reservation are borne by the buyer. Interest accrues from the due date by 2% per commenced month.
